SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Deadlines
Orders will generally ship out within one business day on in-stock items.
Expedited orders may ship out the same day as ordered depending on when the order is received.
Carriers
Royal Trading Company ships by UPS or USPS. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service or USPS. Please note that certain products that are classified ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.
Freight Costs
Royal Trading Company will add freight charges to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.

Parcel Insurance
Royal Trading Company will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing. Should the customer choose to self-insure, Royal Trading Company has no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses.
International Shipments
Please note:
1)   Royal Trading Company does not ship out side of the United States at this time.
 

RETURN POLICY

Royal Trading Company customers MUST obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to Royal Trading Company. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first!

To be eligible for return the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

1)  Royal Trading Company must be notified of the intent to return the item(s) within 15 days of our shipping date.
2)  The item(s) must be in their original condition, unopened, and with no markings or stickers.
3)  The drop customer must obtain a Return Authorization # prior to returning the item(s).
  

  1. Royal Trading Company will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#.
  2. To obtain an RA #, email us at returns@Royal-Trading-Company.com. A customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.
  3. RA#'s are valid for 15 days and the return must be received by Royal Trading Company at the below address in that time frame for credit.

Any returns shipped to any other address will not be processed and no credit will be provided.

Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to Royal Trading Company for any reason other than a mis-shipment of product will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%.

Exclusions
We will not be able to to issue an RA# for discontinued or Special Ordered items, unless they are defective.
